    I have owned two pairs of The North Face convertible pants, and they lasted over ten years. Their old style had the zippered ankles, but new ones have a bungee type of draw string at the ankle, not a fan. I was so happy to find Kuhl made a similar style of my old favorites. I bought two pairs and absolutely love them.

    Initially i thought pants may not be ideal for long travel rides in bus and lots of walking on recent trip to Egypt. However, i wore my Cargo Convertabl3 pants over 1/2 days and loved them. Great as long pant and comfortable and easy to convert for shorts. Very durable and easy to dust off the desert sand and dirt from meditation on the ground…

    Bought two pair in 2017 and did 600 miles across Spain. The zippers in the pant legs just broke/wore out this year (2024). They are fulltime shorts now. Need to get another couple pair.

    I got a pair of these a few months ago and I’m so glad I did. Great pants, great material, good pockets, (though I wish the cargo pockets were a bit deeper) and great zip-off design. Awesome pants, can’t wait to keep wearing them for all sorts of things!
